The Yellow Building: A creative & iconic structure

Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM architects) were commissioned to design an office building to attract occupiers particularly within the creative industries. The result was an impressive new yellow-striped 7-storey, 15,000 m²  in Notting Dale, West  London.

Monsoon Accessorize occupy part of the development as their London HQ along with several other companies and have an onsite café that can be utilised by all tenants. Other local occupiers include Stella McCartney, Charlotte Olympia, Cath Kidston, Talk Talk, Audley Travel and Mario Testino.

This striking office building provides a grade A, air-conditioned office space with full access raised floors and excellent natural light. with the top floor available providing up to 9,000 sq ft benefiting from a terrace.

Located in the creative commercial hub known as Notting Dale, The Yellow Building is situated on Nicholas Road and is just a few minutes’ walk from Latimer Road tube (Hammersmith and City & Circle lines). The Westfield shopping centre at Shepherds Bush is also just a 10 minutes’ walk away over the West Cross Route pedestrian bridge also giving access to the Central line at Shepherds Bush tube and over-ground rail. The A40 (M) and Westway are just minutes away by car.

The space is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment with the works due to finish shortly.
