London's most extravagant offices - Evening Standard

Bling-loving fund managers could soon move into London’s most extravagant offices, featuring gold toilets, a roof terrace with loungers, and meals from a celebrity-favoured restaurant delivered to their desks.

Bathrooms in the plush, new 54 Brooks Mews building are designed to match Millan’s five-star Armani hotel, while the flooring was imported from a 16th-century monastery in Tuscany.

Tenants in the Mayfair property will not have to go in search of vending machines. Instead, Champagne and meals can be delivered to the offices via a food lift from La Petit Maison restaurant on the ground floor. Fans of the eatery include Spice Girl Victoria Beckham. Once the headquarters of casino business City Tote, property investor Enstar Capital said its revamped 6,000 sq ft buildings is the “best office address in Mayfair”.

Located in London’s hedge-fund heartland, the offices will appeal to private companies and are also being marketed to Saudi and Qatari royals.

Property agent Pilcher Hershman which has helped get a number of elite art galleries into the capital, will let the offices for some £250,000 a year.
